I have been very anxious as Irene told me that the delivery delayed due to busy traffic in Europe. However. the printer is still a surprise. I know the printer is nice, but service is what I worried about. I had a small DTF from another supplier on Ali express, very bad service, never get in time reply from them. But the ripple technician is nice and patient. I set up the printer with my experience from DTF printing soon, and they gave me some good advice about how to maintain the printer.

Very glad to inform that we finally got this new toy from Ripple Color! I compared several suppliers before making decision and chose team Ripple in the end! Irene was very nice and professional, thanks for her kind help to a newbie like I did. Now I have set up the printer under the instruction from technical guy. Can't wait to play more with Ripple printer!
